Let’s get right to it shall we?

 If I asked you questions like, “are you happy with your life right now?” “Wouldn’t you like to finally achieve your dream body?” “Would you like to make more money or spend your time doing something you love?” 

I mean, wouldn’t those questions strike a nerve? Even just a little bitty one? Look, you don’t even have to answer because I already know you’ve looked at some part of your life and been like, ‘man, it’s GOTTA get better than this right!?’ Or ‘ it can’t really be this hard can it!?’ 
I’ll tell you how I know you have.... ‘CAUSE I HAVE!!

I mean for real, you can’t turn on a television, go on ANY social media platform, or walk into any store/restaurant without seeing people with flawless skin, healthy hair, bangin’ bodies, Killing it with their jobs or business, living in dream houses, and posing in pics with their perfect little partners! It’s EVERYWHERE and sometimes it’s UH-NOI-INGG (phonics), for real. Not annoying because you aren’t happy for those people or even inspired by them; but annoying because seeing it makes you compare your own situation. 

Great news though! While you are not meant to have THEIR lives, God does want great things for YOUR life. Even better news... it is much easier to accomplish than you think.

See, I was an anxiety-ridden, people-pleasing, out-of-shape, and broke— little lady not too long ago. After having my kids, working full-time, going to school but not using my degrees, being in debt up to my eyeballs... I had had E-nough of life SUCKING! And I refused to go another day living a wack, miserable, existence.

I started asking God to show me what to do and He was faithful enough to answer me. With some simple instructions and using what I already had—the journey began to transforming my body, my mind, my relationships, my finances, my EVERYTHING!! 

These days your girl serves typically functioning as a Project Manager, TV Host, Speaker, happy mom, loving friend and daughter. . .

Let’s just say struggle days are over lol. And for all of you reading thus far, I have combined my gifts, experiences, and credentials to help you do the same.
